**Terms and
Conditions**
1.
Booking and Confirmation
- 1.1.
Gain Back Your Life Centre can only accept bookings accompanied by
a guarantee of payment, In the form of cash, or online
payment.
- 1.2.
Submission of payment indicates the participant agrees to the
terms and conditions set out and will be charged the appropriate
session fee.
- 1.3.
Once guarantee of payment is received, Gain Back Your Life Centre
will endeavour to confirm bookings within 24 hours. This is
dependent on the accuracy of information submitted in by the
participant. Should no confirmation be received within this time
it is the responsibility of the participant to contact Gain Back
Your Life Centre administration.
- 1.4.
Gain Back Your Life Centre reserves the right to refuse the
booking of any participant.
2.
Location and Start date/time
- 2.1.
Online sessions commence on the date and time, specified.
All other workshops will be 'To Be Advised' depending of
location

Workshop Content and Prerequisites

Rescheduling or Cancellation by Gain Back Your Life
- 4.1.
In the unlikely event of this happening, or session cancellation
through other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness) participants
will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative
place at the next workshop or similar or full refund.
5.
Pricing and Invoicing
- 5.1.
The fee for a place on any workshop is payable in Australian
Dollars.
- 5.2.
Terms of payment are cash or online payment
- 5.3.
Credit card transactions are processed through a secure site and
Gain Back Your Life Centre does not have any access to that
information
6.
Cancellation, Transfer and Failure to Attend
- 6.1.
Must give 24 hours notice to receive FULL REFUND. Any
cancellation leaving an unfilled place (including non-attendance)
will incur the full one on one charge. Should a participant wish
to transfer to a later one on one session, notice must be given at
least 24 hours in advance of the original session and agreement
will be at the discretion of Gain Back Your Life Centre.
7.
Copyright
- 7.1.
All downloadable material developed by Gain Back Your Life Centre
for participants are protected by copyright. They may not be
reproduced wholly or in part without prior consent from Gain Back
Your Life Centre .
8.
Responsibilities

8.1. I
agree to take full responsibility for my own well-being. I agree
to NEVER hold Gillian Tarawhiti, the online session moderator or
Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, or anyone else associated with EFT
liable for any side effects or results of the treatment.

8.2. While EFT has produced
remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in
the experimental stage and thus practitioners and the public must
take complete responsibility for their use of it. Further, Gillian
Tarawhiti is not a licensed medical professional and offers EFT as
an Wellness Practitioner. Where appropriate, qualified physicians
should be consulted.
