Breaking through the Barriers’gives you a rapid introduction to how to get results with EFT. It is easy to learn and you don’t need any previous experience.

We will outline how you can apply EFT to overcome your internal barriers that have been holding you back from achieving your goals, how to use the techniques toimprove your self esteem, eliminating your fear, weight loss and ultimately how to create more freedom in your life.

Excellent for Therapist to help OTHERS

It is also a first step course for therapists who would like to add EFT to the existing therapies they practice and also for anyone who would like to take the first step toward becoming an EFT practitioner.

Since EFT is one of the easiest to learn and yet most effective therapies available in the world today, it is an excellent technique to learn for people who would like to take their first steps into the world of therapy.

ONLINE REQUIREMENTS

All session are run through a program call PALTALK it is a free to download program and runs in a similar manner to MS MESSENGER.

  1. You will need to download PALTALK for FREE
  2. Once you have logged in click on ALL ROOMS, click on HEALTH, click on OTHER, go to the room named SELF IMAGE STRESS & ANXIETY 
  3. You will be given a PIN NUMBER via email to enter the session
  4. The session is run in VOICE, WEB CAM and TEXT
  5. You will only be able to TEXT
  6. You will only be able to see the WEB CAM if you are a paid member

ONLINE ETIQUETTE

Please respect these online session rules of etiquette:

  1. Ensure you arrive before the session starts as all late arrivals will be locked out of the session.
  2. Introduce yourself to other participants and the session moderator
  3. All question to be asked in TEXT and the moderator will answer them in the last 10 minutes of the session.
  4. DO NOT PUT THE CALL ON HOLD - noise and music from your company can flood the call.

Many thanks for observing these "rules" so everyone can participate and learn as much as possible from the online session.

  • As part of this workshop I will send you a brand new WEBCAM so I can ensure you are doing the technique properly

Payment for all workshops must be made in advance .  You must give at least 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel or postpone.  FULL REFUND will be given for cancellations.  Postponement will be rescheduled as soon as practicable.
